The Fragment Analyzer reagents come in bottle sufficient for 500 analyses. Reagents we use are: STD sensitivity NGS Fragment analysis kit 1-6000bp: DNF-479-0500 We buy Fragment Analyzer reagents from Labgene: sophie.honvault@labgene.ch

It is possible to analyze a maximum of 96 PCR reactions or 96 NGS libraries per night (overnight).

I've reserved the user bench for you October 12-15.

If the primary PCR is performed during the week of Oct. 12, then we will likely be able to perform secondary PCR reactions during the week of Oct. 19 or the week of Oct. 26. Under conditions of normal sequencing demand, we should be able to do the sequencing by (or before) the end of the week following the secondary PCR.
