The concept is

- To do list:

- - Get quote for this low-cost RFID read/write PCB module(Alibaba) -> inquiry has been sent on Thu 14th July at 10am
  - $33 for low-cost RFID read/write PCB module (Priority1design)
  - Maybe hack this £65 USB animal microchip pet scanner tag reader?
  - Get quote for this 134K-RW-TTL-PCB as it would be ideal (rfidshop)
  - Find appropriate Proximity Sensor (MAX44000)
  - Order solar panels, battery and battery module from Seeedstudio.
