This is the planned experiment for 12April2017
standard conditions vs. no PK, & sds or dish soap (probably aim for 0.5%??)
will try two sets of ordinary protocol slides with other dyes... (me blue again and red cabbage dye)
but hope to go to DMF and use epi scope.
