BIO
The bio protocols can be found BioP_Main. They are structured and explained in a process oriented way. The idea is to give the crucial information in order to perform the most common tasks found in the toolbox used daily by a microbiologist. The documents are structured as such:
- An scheme describing the process
- A text explaining the different procedures to perform the process. Ideally there would be a 'commercial-kit' way and a DIY bio way of performing the process.
- A safety detail regarding the process
- Hackuarium specific information describing where you would find what, which machine you would use and the precautions regarding Hackuarium specific usage of the material.
A process is usually composed of sub-processes shown on the scheme as a rectangle with the specific process name on it. The process can be accessed through the wiki by typing in the URL
