Aprés nous acueillons Maya Minder: «La cuisine nous transforme», est le cadre que Maya Minder tisse comme une ficelle à travers son travail. La cuisine lui sert à révéler la métaphore de la transformation humaine de la nature brute en culture cuite et elle la combine aux idées évolutives d'une coexistence symbiotique entre plantes, animaux et humains.

Cooking serves her to reveal the metaphor of the human transformation of raw nature into cooked culture and she combines it to the evolutionary ideas of a symbiotic co-existence between plants, animals and humans.
