Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire

Venez nombreux pour discuter du futur de l’association.
Il est probable que l’on doive déménager!
Nous serons toujours plein de gratitude envers Inartis et UniverCité pour nous avoir hébergé ces 4 dernières années, mais tout le monde doit grandir et déménager à un moment donné … ;)

Bienvenue et liste des présences
Le point sur UniverCité et leur proposition de contrat d’hébergement
Rachel présentera les dernières nouvelles qui nous concernent tous. Alors que jusqu’à maintenant nous n’avions pas de loyer à payer, UniverCité a désormais demandé un loyer proche de 400 CHF/m2/année.
(Si vous avez des questions spécifiques auxquelles vous aimeriez qu’UniverCité réponde à cette occasion, n’hésitez pas à contacter le comité.)
Bilan des activités pour rendre notre association vraiment durable et trouver un espace convenable.
Sam, membre du comité Hackuarium et fondateur et préesident de l’association, Octanis, présentera les dernières nouvelles sur notre recherche pour un espace commun avec Octanis ainsi qu’avec des start-ups géniales.
Minigrant policy
N'oubliez pas que les projets Hackuarium peuvent bénéficier d'une assistance allant jusqu'à 500CHF.
Faites un budget et envoyez votre demande au Comité!
Avez-vous d’autres points à ajouter à l’ordre du jour? Ils sont évidemment les bienvenus!

Les propositions individuelles de points à porter à l'ordre du jour doivent en principe parvenir par écrit au comité au moins quinze jours avant la date de l'Assemblée. Tous les membres sont informés de toute modification de l'ordre du jour au moins sept jours avant l'Assemblée Générale.
(aussi le cas pour l’AG Extraordinaire)
Donc, toute proposition ou contre-proposition doit être envoyée à board@hackuarium.ch avant le 28 août, svp.
