Compact simplified version of a Spirulina bioreactor to have at home. (note: work in progress)

Spirulina DIY Kit:

   Recycled Glass Bottle (Vichy Catalan Water or similar, max base diameter 90mm)
   Base of (bio) plastic (3D design on this Github repository, warning! you may need to scale it to ~90mm interior diameter)
   Silicone tube
   Electronic system: Arduino Nano or compatible micro-controller board Air and vacuum pump DC motor - 4.5V and 1.8 LPM TIP120 Darlington transistor Diode 1N4001 Bright white LED (extra size) Resistance 330 Ohm 1K resistor
