The last board meeting (agenda in the Google Drive) left many things open and undecided.
Let's make more progress, in these crazy times.
At least Michel H has agreed to become Treasurer, but he cannot make much time for many meetings!

Get ok from all board members to upload minutes on wiki (or else discuss alternative below)

Problèmes avec les statuts: special assembly general needed . Art 6 changer 'envisage' à produit... (wiki) Art 9 no 2 enlever Art 10.2 préciser et ajouter info sur microgrants... (comment et qui)
est-ce que on peut arriver avoir une especial assemblée générale. 15sept. zoom
